I found u during a manic episode (I have dealt with depression since early childhood) and I just wanted to let u know that every time since then that I’ve noticed myself slipping, or suddenly realized I had fallen back into a pit, I quickly bring up ur channel. The mental strength that it takes to to try and solve the puzzles, as well as the focus that it requires helps me bring myself back to a level state of mind. So I wanted to say thank u for that.
